What can I expect during my first session

 During your initial  non paid consultation, we will:

  • Strategy Session -   The Strategy Session is a short initial consultation that allows the practitioner to learn about a potential  client’s health concerns and goals, familiarize the potential client with the practitioner.
  • Complete a get to know you survey 
  • Inform on what is next step and what to expect.


Can you work with my doctor or medical team

Yes. Functional nutrition is a complementary practice.
We do not diagnose or treat disease, but we can support your doctor’s care by helping you implement nutrition and lifestyle changes that work alongside your medical plan.
